Why doe's YouTube downscale my video resolution?

As the title and it's boiling my **** I've got an RX6700 non xt, I'm on 22.11.2 AMD drivers, YouTube downscales the res whilst i am watching, Is it a driver issue? Also i get random black screens which i have to restart my monitor to sort out, Cheers for any advice.

Usually to do with the connection nothing to do with your graphic card.

Happens went your using the computer or coming out of sleep ect
