Why Doesn't MS do high contrast in Aero?

I am nearly blind and so I like dark background with bright text. I so wish MS could do this as an aero theme so I had previews and other aero effects. Please Microsoft, surely it cant be that hard to have an aero theme with dark windows and white text.

No, MS lets you change very little in aero. You can change most things with a non aero theme though:S

Just disable Aero and choose high contract mode in Windows 7. Paying for a new Windows 8 license is a bit overkill isn't it?

If you have a Windows 8 license already of course then not such an issue, still I'd look for a fix for Windows 7 first.

I upgraded to Windows 8 today anf I must say I'm liking it a lot so far

Its a lot easier for me to see and use than 7 so far. Skype doesn't use the system theme though.
