why doesnt the n95 do fun things

like, when you are writing a text message.. it doesn't convert : ) to a smiley face.. or if you've assigned a contact picture, it's not displayed when that person rings or texts?

instead it does pointless things like bar code readers?!

pressing 1 gives you a : ) but not a

and ive added contact pictures to my contacts, but i want them to appear when they ring/text me... which they don't well they do when it rings, but only a tiny picture. on my k800i it was full screen and did it when they text or ring.

meh, silly phone. it's looking favourite for selling again to fund a new toy!

looking into it.. though begrudge paying for software to do things the phone should imo support!!
