Why don't OCUk give you the AMD 3 Game code when you buy?

As title says they list most of their top AMD cards with the 3 game promotion but when you receive your card,mine was the Gigabyte 7970 wind force, there is no mention how to claim. So I rung up and I thought they would email the code but they said they would send it by post, why not just enclose it in with the card?
Are they hoping some people will just forget to claim?

I got mine on a flyer in the packaging with my new card, just send them a webnote and im sure they will sort you out

i had to specifically ask for mine over the phone. i know the gigabyte windforce definitely doesn't include the amd 3 for free until you ask - they must have made an error somewhere. but yeah, they do give it to you in the end.
