Why has my Nildram BB price increased?

Can anyone tell me why suddenly Nildram have decided to charge me :

Sub Total GBP 25.07
VAT @ 17.5% 4.39
TOTAL GBP 29.46

And all the other Months it has been...

Sub Total GBP 22.12
VAT @ 17.5% 3.87
TOTAL GBP 25.99

WTF is going on here? have they changed the price and not told me??

The only other thing is, I asked for a MAC code but I didnt use it, has this anything to do with it?

Just been on the phone to them, and spoke to a guy in customer care and he didnt have a clue.

He said it was 4 days added on?? eh? but why he didnt know. He went away to ask someone else and still I was none the wiser. Only thing it can be is my DD didnt go through last time on time, but I sorted it and payed in full £25.99. So why now £29?

In the end I asked for an email address, for accounts. They say on the invioce if you have a query email us, and dont put an email address on the invoice.
