Do OcuK sell those psu's Gibbo's? I need a beast that can run 4x290X 8GB cards. I'm fed up of using a second 750W SuperFlower Gold psu to supplement my SuperFlower Gold 1300W psu when benching to the max.

There is a G2 1600W Plat but OcUK do not have it (yet).

They do have the AX1500i Tit though.

I have the AX1500i, I like it and reviews are good, but I've never really stressed it, trifire maxxed at ~880W used, 980 SLI ~480W.
 
Matt, get an enthoo primo case, dual psu bays. Enough space to smuggle a family of imigrants. Very classy looking case too, and should you ever decide to watercool, your sorted of the bat. Iirc Discop/toaster has a bet on wether you, me or Rufus, ala Mike will watercool first.

This is very true. And if he gets an enthoo primo then you'll all have to same case to disappoint me...

Also congrats on the Underboss-ness setter. I have no idea what it means but it'll make you easier to recognise.
 
I just watched a youtube unboxing of that 1600W EVGA, the cables look huge!, proper fat gauge!

Go check it out especially the mains power cable! it belongs in a 3 phase system.

What was the final rating for the PSU? What Wattage did it cut out at? I'm looking for a single beast psu the more powerful the better.

They teased these earlier in the year. There are also Tit and 2000W models. Maybe Jacob can give us some more info as a review cannot be found.

Thanks very much mate.:)

Gotta say the primo is a very nice case, very tall though and quite heavy. I convinced Mike to buy one, (im on commision from Phanteks);). But for watercooling it cant be beat for an out of the box solution. I had a nice lian li a70f that i was gonna keep for a project. But i ended up giving it to a mates kid who needed a case for a cheap build he was doing. Better to see it used than gathering dust in my attic.
