Why is EE website so wonderful.

Can’t be quite as bad as the Virgin website which is absolutely dire.

Thoughts and feelings the same as everyone else on here towards EE.

I ended up switching to virgin who shared the network and it was great . The they sold to O2 and tbh the service is just crap now

Problem is I really don't want to go back to EE

Last year EE finally gave me 10gb on 5G for £10 a month, after a month I found out they had purposely throttled my speed to 30mbps.
They couldn't do anything about it even though I could get an EE card off a wall in a phone shop/Newsagent and get EE 15gb on full 5G for £10.
Unbelievable.
I decided to switch to Smarty (Three) and haven't looked back - 60gb for £10.
Earlier this year my wife went on Smarty 10gb for £5.

EE are truly shocking.
