Why is it so hard to get my app on the app store

Jeez Apple,

All i want to do is create an account so i can add my takeaway order app. They are wanting proof that I dont think I can provide. "Business or Court document to prove I own my email address" WTF.

I get its to stop scammers. But I've had to prove Im not going to take money from US residents... We have a 3 mile radius from the shop...

I've hit a stumbling block now and feel like giving up on apple

With Apple, its the Apple way or the highway.
They probably have a reason for this as they do for many of their obscure decisions. Not sure I'd agree with them.
