Why is my 3D mark score so low?

I've bought a new graphics card, which I hope will arrive today, however, I thought I'd have a play with my 8800GT before I replace it.

I ran it on 3D Mark 06 and achieved a score of 10548, thats fine enough, but this is with a 650 core, 1625 shader and 900 memory clock speed. When I compare my score to other similar systems on 3D marks website, they score in the mid 11000s! Why is mine 10% + lower in the score front compared to similar systems?
