My office PC will occasionally crash, when I try to open a file or something. The screen suddenly goes blank, and then it will come back with a blue screen doing a "memory dump" or something. Anyway I went to event viewer and it comes back with this:
It isn't the hard drive as I did a HDTune full health check and it came back all green
It isn't the RAM as I swapped sticks with a good stick, and the issue still happened.
The image above says "power"; could it be a power supply problem then? Considering the crashes happen when I click on something, i.e. the CPU goes from Idle to 100%, could it be a power saving setting somewhere I need to turn off?
