old Evga 680i, E6850, OCZ 8500 RAM,

New: (q9550 @ 4ghz, asus p5q deluxe, crucial tracer 8500 RAM,

why is my new system so much slower?

just because i could reach 4.3.3.9?

You've got RAM/FSB ratio 1:1

i know its 1:1, but the 1st image (old system) has quicker memory acces than new system image 2...

To OP, Because Intel cannot touch the Nvidia Memory Controler for Bandwidth basically (it's well known that the Nvidia chipsets fault & bugs aside are faster for the Memory).
