Why is my wheel making this noise?

There looks to be plenty of pad left as far as I can tell

No play in the wheel and I've checked both sides and the pads look ok. Can hardly hear it when moving the tyre backwards.

Seems to be fine now. I think there was a stone stuck somewhere.
