Why is the E6600 more expensive than the 6750?

Is it a supply / demand issue?

Does the E6600 have a higher multiplier and hence OCers are willing to pay more?

Hey Jimbo, although stock is available I’m pretty sure the e6600 is discontinued.

A G0 stepping e6750 would be a great chip, but your mb will need to cope with a bus speed of 450mhz+ to get a decent clock which a G0 stepping would easily cope with.

E6600 1066FSB - 9 multi
E6750 1333FSB - 8 multi
