Why is there no quake 4 on steam ??

Does anyone know why there no quake 4 on steam ??

Seems a bit strange to have all the ID games on steam apart from quake 4...

And it's even more strange went they sell a special Quake only pack with it still missing http://store.steampowered.com/sub/434/
