I mean seriously this **** is beyond the joke.

for any type of Nforce 5 motherboard, you need to buy a conroe or a amd am2 cpu....

why have socket 939 customers been shut out of the motherboard upgrades. ?

i mean how hard is it to add nforce 5 to socket 939 mobo`s ? cant be any bloody harder than adding it to conroe or am2....

yet again you are forced into buying a new cpu to upgrade to the latest motherboards with the nforce 5 chipset.

ohh well thats my rant overwith on the subject. lol

i agree with you there but maybe the combination of a new cpu will perform better than using the old cpu with a newer board? i don't know in short

*also i would edit your swearing ;)

Because 939 production has stopped... it makes no business sense to produce nf5 motherboards for a socket that is being phased out.

The same reason record companys don't produce LP's & Casettes and why Production houses dont release VHS tapes anymore.

No body will buy the rubbish because newer faster/betting looking/sounding things are out.

So chuck the outdated 939 in the bin and upgrade :)
