Why isn't my Ethernet working?

Hi there! I had a new PC by OcUK delivered today, and it's great so far. :D

I'm having an issue with my Ethernet connectivity at the moment. It's a pressing issue as my WiFi isn't stable, which is odd as I've always had a solid 200Mb in the past. My PC isn't recognizing an Ethernet connection, so I figured I would need to download the LAN and Gigabit Ethernet Drivers for Windows 10 from here.

But when I do, I get this error message: "Cannot install drivers. No Intel(R) Adapters are present in this computer." This is what my Device Manager is showing right now in terms of connectivity.

Does anybody have any suggestions? The OcUK phones are closed up for the night!

FYI, if you go to Properties, Details tab, 'Hardware IDs' drop down.

You can Google the bit I've highlighted in green. This will tell you what the hardware is, or at the very least it will give you a far better idea of what it is.
