why most people choose Messi over C.Ronaldo?

You say there's not much in it but in those stats alone Messi has 21 more assists than Ronaldo and still has more goals. To me, that's a big difference. Also, I read a column in one of the newspapers comparing the two recently and Messi's stats are better in every single aspect apart from headed goals. Literally every stat favoured Messi, short passing and long passing completion percentages, chance convertion ratios, amount of shots taken, amount of passes attempted and completed, etc etc. He's definitely the more complete footballer.

my question can messi show this quality in another team like city, chelsea

I'd like to see how well Messi does outside Barca but if he's even half as good then I'd pick him.
