Im curious why there arnt any 32" 1440p OLED monitors out there and wondering if there are any plans for any?

I know for some the PPI would be too low but there are popular IPS and VA models out there.

I currently have an OLED 34" UW which I really love but it annoys me that some games don't support UW without mods and the mods can prevent on-line play e.g. From software games.

There are the recent 32" 4K monitors and even though I have a 5090 I don't really fancy losing 30% performance as Im getting on a bit so 4K detail would probably be wasted on me .

Cost vs benefit

I think there are few (if any?) OLED monitors with lower pixel density, as they would just not be in demand to warrant putting any reasonable price tag on them.

I would suggest reconsidering a 32” 4k monitor. It gives you the best of both worlds - excellent pixel pitch and resolution for working scenarios or when you need the detail, and great image scaling with DLSS Performance, where the native resolution upscaled is a straightforward 4x 1080p.

In many ways, that can look and perform better than an equivalent monitor running an ultra wide 1440p resolution with a DLSS Balanced profile.
