Why orders not showing up on OcUK?

I've ordered components from OcUK for a complete Broadwell build two items are pre-order. I notice under my account it says. No recent Orders. I assume it's due to the pre-order parts holding up the processing of the order. I thought I'd ask for reassurance.

Loads of my stuff I've ordered hasn't shown up on that list before, I think it's cause I forget to login on the store site sometimes, I only notice when I realise I've payed postage. Maybe you forgot to log in too?

Thinking about it I did use the Amazon option so this is possible

if you use amazon or payal without logging in I think it doesn't show in ur account
