Why reduce overclock?

I am after a 2500k i5 overclocked bundle but want at least 6 gig of ram.

Overclockers only doing 4 gig bundles and state that adding in extra ram to spare slots will require new bios settings, is there any way of increasing the ram without having to change bios settings and reducing the overclock?

would it be possible to remove the two 2 gig sticks and replace them with two 4 gig sticks so that I am not adding in extra ram to the spare slots and therfore not have to change bios settings?

Why don't overclockers sell 2500k i5 bundles with more ram?

Please help, thanks.

Right ok thanks, the mere mention of do it myself brought me out in a cold sweat, I have only just been convinced to fit the mobo into the case myself as the last time i tried this I fried the mobo but am feeling it's time to give it a go thanks to help from you guys in an earlier post.

I am really not up on this tech stuff and almost always do it wrong even the simplest of tasks but will check out vids.

Thanks for the advise and that components list from stulid is just brill, couldn't believe the price. The pre sales forum link is also tops and i'll certainly be using that. Not purchasing till November so plenty of time to get watching the vids. Thanks everyone.
