I purchased a 3ds game from a company on ebay advertised as new
Turned up with no seal so doubled checked the auction and i was correct it said new but i missed the small print.
"The item is new but the original shrink wrap has been removed to ensure the contents are correct before sending the item"
u wot 8? Why on earth would you remove the seal from a new game to check its contents before selling it? not sure if rly new tbh

i admit i should have been more vigilant i won't be complaining to them i just looked at the top and it said new and it was a business seller and thought i was good, but still, who the hell removes seals from new games to check em fair enough if it was a common thing to open up sealed games and get the wrong one but im sure that's not the case, it appears that all the other games the sell say the same thing, seems rather strange to me.
