Why the hell doesn't VIVO work (7800GT)?

Hello all, hope you can help with this. I bought an Gainword Bliss 7800GT 512MB card from OC which is working great except I can't get the VIVO working, each time I install the Nvidia WDM driver it come back with code 10 device cannot start. I've tried various different driver combinations and even a format and reinstall. Any Ideas?

1x2GB DDR PC3200
2x250gb Maxline III SATA

I've got a different card, but on mine I had to install more than just the drivers to get VIVO. There was video capture software on the driver disk.

I've installed the capture software too, but the device is missing in the software presumably because the driver can't start
