Why are we allowing people who have 'fled' to the UK and committed previous crimes to remain in this country?
Surely the safety of UK citizens should come first?

Intelligence failure? Is this minority report? Do people really want that type of country. And you think the home office are the good guys who always get things right e.g. wind rush.

the fact is we can’t track everybody who says a bad word. Mi5 can’t read minds.

They don't need to. He'd already been jailed for criminal offences and was already on their radar as a potential terror risk. How many flags do they need?!

So from the guardian he’s been in for minor offences not related to terrorism, so again - get your crystal ball out.

To actually get imprisoned these days though is quite a feat so it can't be that minor!

That does tend to happen when you help turn their countries in to warzones that they have to flee.

They don't have to flee. They choose to. They also choose to travel half the way around the world to the UK ignoring multiple countries on the way. Countries which are equally if not more culpable for the state their home country is in. Ignoring the fact that it's often a civil war that has caused the issues in the first instance.
On top of that I'm not entirely clear what 3 men chilling in a park contributed to the state of Libya or Syria or whatever other 2nd/3rd world dictatorship happens to be the origin of these people.
