Who closed my thread here http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showthread.php?t=18177517 and more importantly why?
I guess because of a little spat between two posters?. If the Moderators don't like people's attitudes, deal with them directly and not close innocent threads. The topic was only posted this morning and I would have expected it to stay open more that just a few hours. Needless to say I'm a little annoyed!

I have asked the members for some help and it has been closed without my permission and without consulting me. Very rude in my opinion!.

Can someone please re-open it so I can get the help I'm asking for?

Oh, and I would have preferred to send a message to the Moderating team but I see messaging is disabled to I have done it this way!

I already tried that route but like I said in the closed thread they didn't get back to me and I thought this way, asking someone with the same bandle might provide another avenue to do down ;)

the thread was closed because you were pointed towards an official OcUK support channel
Like I said previously I am waiting for a reply from you guy's. I emailed your support ppl without reply (Craig S and Rob G on 22/7/10).

if you wish to report a question to the moderating team then please use the report to moderator function and dont create another thread to ask why a thread was closed.

Where exactly is this function? ... Do you mean the 'report' button next to each post? .. If so this button is to be used for the following "Note: This is ONLY to be used to report spam, advertising messages, and problematic (harassment, fighting, or rude) posts". So there's no visible way to contact you guy's apart from posting a new thread.

Edit* i have just checked your thread from the RMA forum which i have replied to.
you updated your bios like the product description tells you not to do.
you were provided with overclock settings for the bundle anyway.

Yes I know i messed up by updating my bios. Yes i didn't take notice of the disclaimer. My fault , agreed.
Can I ask (or even suggest) why don't you include (on a floppy, email, write down whatever) the O/C settings from a persons bundle so if they fail to read the small print like me and update their bios, at least thay will have a backup to fall back on. I think this suggestion should really be acted upon (even if us customers have fo pay a few ££'s more for peace of mind. I would have)

@ mrix , Thanks for pointing that thread out to me buddy. I'll give it a try when I get a minute (got the settings saved to a text file)
@ scotty365 and the other guy's, thanks for your help and suggestions. It's appreciated.
