Why women can't do funny...

Before women pounce on me, either due to the fact that I'm irresistable or because I'm being as sexist as a Shiela's Wheels advert - I don't agree with the idea that testosterone = funneh, but I have to say it's rare to find a woman with a really good sense of humour.

A rare treat.

Hmm, I know a couple of women with a good sense of humour but they do tend to be more sensitive.

I don't buy the idea that humour is agressive either.

That's actually a really good point, it'd certainly explain why women find guys that make them laugh attractive.

Sort of, but that assumes that it IS indicative of testosterone levels and that high testosterone levels is attractive to the opposite sex

If that logic is true, the same attitude might apply towards baldness - which can be associated with agression (i.e. skinhead) but not neccessarily being Alpha or natural baldness hardly ever associated with being attractive

Its true.

Male comedians are much better and much more plentiful then Female ones

Woman also get so damn defensive at jokes so much easily aswell

I didn't notice that, I think my brain blocked it out with the prospect of fear of living in a world whereby a unicylcist passes his work off as science. Thread FAILS, falls into humourous shambles...

Yeah, I was thinking as I was reading it. I don't really find anything funny about unicycles, I more think "I doubt I could do that." Then I think, it's probably uncomfy and it's not really practical...
Maybe it's just me, but I'm of the opinion that the sort of people winding down car windows to **** a unicyclist aren't being funny, they're just a load of *****.

I think he meant, both men and women quip, but men tend to be more sarcy, snide and rude.

i.e a man will royally take the **** out of someone where as the woman wouldn't, and the man wouldn't be as offended when it happens to them.

Indeed, quipping was the wrong word to use. Substitute it for joke.
