Why wont kaspersky check my emails on the server before downloading them anymore?

I have used Kaspersky for a few years now, and its always checked my emails on the server first and then prompted me to allow or delete emails from the server before they download to my computer.

I just had to clean install windows and for the life of me i cannot get kaspersky to check my emails from the gofast.co.uk server, i never had to do anything previously, at the moment all my emails are just going straight into my inbox or junk mail folder.

And its the same version of Kaspersky, its 2010 and i only did a clean install with Win7 about a month ago and it worked fine.

anyone got any ideas?

ive worked it out, the tool i was reffering to was Kaspersky Mail Dispatcher.

Finally found it under anti-spam on one of the tabs.
