i recently made the move to PCI-E, which involved me changing my mobo and graphics card, the old mobo was a neo2 platinum and it had no problems running my a64 3200+ at 2.5ghz. it was rock solid and never crashed, but now with this new mobo (epox 9NPA+ Ultra) it will happily run on 2.5ghz...until you stress it, then all i get is constant lockups :( this might be due to the amount of extra memory options this mobo has, ive never even heard of half of them and i've been overclocking for 6+ years so i have no idea what to set a lot of them to  , so far i have tried upping vcore, upping memory voltage, relaxing memory timings and ive updated the bios. it is superpi stable and can get through 3dmark05 etc fine, its just when you have it under load for over 10 mins it cant seem to handle :( anyone have a suggestion?

yes the bios is the latest one from the epox USA website. its also certainly not heat problems as its currently sitting happily at 29c, raises to 34c when i stress it. i'll have a browse around and try and figure out what all these silly memory settings do

yes ive always had it at x4 and it was fine, theres no reason it should not be working at x4 now :( ill push it to 2.6ghz and lower it to x3 then and see what happens
