The fans in question are the stock Deltas on the Swiftech MCR220 radiator. They have three wires. They're plugged into a Lian Li TR3 controller which has connections for three fans.
I've verified the wires are correct and that the controller is working (it displays the rpms of the case fans if I plug them in).
Anybody any ideas?
