Why won't my RAM run XMP stable?

Hi

I have a Z690 Gigabyte gaming x DDR4 Motherboard with 12900K with the latest BIOS version which is F8.

The RAM is Corsair vengence 4x8gb 3200mhz. It's fine at the stock setting of 2333mhz I think but when I set it too XMP in the BIOS Elden Ring will freeze after about 30 min but never when its at 2333mhz.

Is this faulty RAM or something else?

I tried setting 3200 manually and set the voltage to 1.35v but still crashes Elden ring after roughly 30 min.
