Hi guys,

Was casually doing some Lightroom work on some photos I took at an air show when my iDisk sync came up and said something along the lines of "Your start up disk doesn't have sufficient space for your iDisk".

This was followed by me going  , my iDisk is all ready synced to my start up disk and it has been since i got it! A couple of hours later I went to my iDisk and it was really sluggish... almost as sluggish as if it was trying to download each folder as and when I clicked on it...

My local copy of iDisk has gone and iDisk syncing has switched itself off...

How on earth could that of happened? Any help appreciated... Really annoyed as I now have to re-download 6 Gb of data :(

Probably Apple with its iCloud

If this is the case then I am really annoyed...

They shouldn't mess around with a service other people are paying for! It seems like that as soon as the idea of iCloud came about, all thought, care and consideration for MobileMe customers went out of the window... Despite people paying for a service year on year (which has a very high price tag)

It seems that my Dad's iDIsk has also suffered from the same problem...

Is this seen further afield?

Anyone?

The entire local copy of the iDisk went...

I re-selected sync last night and it has all downloaded again, but I don't know why it would have deleted the local copy and switched syncing off :/

Everything has now moved to iCloud for developers. Didn't realise they were shutting iDisk so early!

It was my understanding that iDisk would continue until the end of mobile me in a years time...

Is this not the case? :(
