Why would YOU use a hardware firewall?

Just for the feature set and quality really. I don't have any test models in yet, just researching protection for our cloud (''Cloud'') business. The recommendation is from using Tipping Point previously (The HP) and a colleague recommending the Juniper ones, although I haven't used it yet.

F5 are good, we use them amongst others for customers.

Built a pair of big IP loadbalancer last week for a project. Iv got a virtual f5 lab. Managed to get 2 lab licences bundled in to our project order so I have no expiring now :)
 
Never really had much dealings with F5 in the IPS space, usually see them more in load balancing, SSL termination etc with a separate IPS sitting behind them, will have a read up though.

Plenty to choose from, whether it's a dedicated IPS or Next Gen FW you go for there's enough vendors out there who all have their pros and cons.
