Try finding the parts which make up the bundle on OcUK and you will see why.

But its a nice bundle. Especially with the pre-applied OC. :)

I guess I am just trying to make sure its not cheap shoddy motherboard and ram and that its going to make a decent long lasting system.

Its not shoddy :p

Whether it's cheap or not depends on what you consider to be cheap for a motherboard. :)

Read some reviews if you want to be sure. Here are some for ya:

Hexus
Vortez
Overclock3D

Seems to be a good 'un

Im going throw in a new case, Do I need a full size ATX case for that setup or will it fit into a micro atx?

You need either a midi or full tower case which will accept an ATX motherboard. It won't fit in a micro-ATX case.

It's a pretty decent deal, but I think with using some of the other deals on you could squeeze something slightly better for your money (retail version CPU, slightly better cooler, faster RAM, slightly cheaper):

YOUR BASKET
1 x Intel Core i5-4670K 3.40GHz (Haswell) Socket LGA1150 Processor - Retail with FREE Grid 2 PC Game £185.99
1 x Gigabyte Z87-D3HP Intel Z87 (Socket 1150) DDR3 ATX Motherboard + FREE Be Quiet! Shadow Rock Pro SR1 CPU Cooler! £107.99
1 x TeamGroup Xtreem LV 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-19200C10 2400MHz Dual Channel Memory Kit (TXD38G2400HC10QDC01) £59.99
Total : £364.76 (includes shipping : £9.00).

I guess it would depend on how lucky you feel!

We tested a wide range of motherboards prior to the Haswell launch and I personally was testing at 4.8GHz prime stable with a decent 4770K on this board, admittedly with a higher cost cooler.

The board was selected because it hits a sweet spot of price, performance and features. We have slightly cheaper and slightly more expensive offerings based on the boards that also stood out.
