Yes mate that will suffice fine, your other option would be one of the factory OC ones like this one, its upto you if you think its owrth it or not. Re PSU, look at a decent make such as Corsair, Zalman, Bequiet or coolermaster and go for 600W ish, or 750 ish if youre thinking of maybe adding a 2nd card in crossfire later, these will give you plenty of headroom so you dont have to worry
 
This gets my vote, just got mine couple of days ago, cooler on it is fantastic, absolutely silent, and temps are great, im 53 idle, 59-60 loaded. :)

They all do HDMI, as they come with the adapters (see below pic), which also carries the sound through them.
