What are peoples views on widescreen gaming? Trying to decide if to get a 4:3 or 16:10 screen and I'm stuck in the middle. I know some games like Far Cry support WS and you can change the FOV so youe are actually seeing more on the screen but others like BF2 don't support it and you either have to have a stretched and squashed pic on a cropped one on the screen. How do people find this??
Quite like the idea of a WS but only really use my PC for gaming and browsing the net and l think is might be wasted and a normal 4:3 screen would be a better bet, but then some times I do watch the odd DVD too
