I've decided to give San Andreas another bash, but I now have a widescreen monitor: The Samsung R73. Its native res in Windows is 1360 x 768, but I can't select that res in SA. It has one widescreen res, but my monitor doesn't support it. If I chose a 4:3 res and select the widescreen option everything is still distorted. For example the map in the bottom left is more a squashed oval than a circle.
Is there a way to force the resolution? Google is coming up with blanks.
