After the operational death of my hard drive I have decided to say goodbye to XP and hello to Vista (it looks nice, which is cool, because it takes you half an hour to find where they have moved things to 
). With my old install went my messenger avatar pictures that I can't find in my personal picture folders or on the net after a day searching. So a high five to anyone who has the answer to my query.
Where does msn messenger (not live or the preinstalled windows one) keep the picture files for the your messenger avatars? I know they are stored locally as logging on via other PCs doesn't allow me access to them and they are not immediately apparent in the messenger program folder.
