Okay, so I finished rebuilding my pc over the weekend with an msi z87m gaming MB, and a 4770k and since then I've had a weird bug where when I turn on the pc I have to toggle the input channel on my main monitor to get the bios prompt to appear before windows loads and then when I turn off the pc it appears, for all intents and purposes, to be off, i.e nothing on the screen, normal windows shut down screen but the power light is still on, and the fans are still whirring. Going to be honest, I'm confused. Anybody got any ideas?
