Hey guys
I've just noticed a slight problem, well i dont know if its a problem, it seems im getting good performance in games however, in my ATI CCC i get the two following Graphics Adapters:
1. Radeon X1800 Series [SyncMaster]
2. Radeon X1800 Series Secondary [SyncMaster]
[SyncMaster] referring to my monitors (Samsung 930BF SyncMaster)
Now i've always assumed this was just referring to each display as i have a dual screen set up, so that i could set up different settings for each screen.
However on playing around today, i looked in the overdrive panel, and noticed something wierd
the "2. Radeon X1800 Series Secondary [SyncMaster]" has a different temperature to the other. The second one idles at 46, while the "1. Radeon X1800 Series [SyncMaster]" idles at 58. Whats going on, is this a common issue with dual screen with ati drivers or have i buggered something up.
I've uninstalled, driver cleaned and reinstalled loads and it always comes up. All the way from 6.2 to 6.5
