Wierd box on mac

This appears on everything you click on, quark etc finder and folders.

I had this the other day and eventually realised I'd accidentally turned on the voiceover setting. Go into system preferences-Universal Access and turn voiceover off. Should solve the problem. It had me stumped for ages as I didn't have the sound on. When I turned it on I realised what was happening.

Turn your sound on.

I did the same thing by mistake it's for visually impaired people it highlights what you have clicked reads it out to you.

Go into your System Preferances and check there.
