I have a strange problem, hopefully someone here will have seen it or know how to fix it. I bought a copy of Stalker Shadow of Chernobyl yesterday, it installed fine, but when I went to run the game, I just got the egg timer for a few seconds then norhing. I patched it, didnt work, looked around for an answer on the net and tried a no cd crack but that didnt change it. Then I updated my gfx drivers to latest forceware and went to uninstall Stalker so I could try a clean install. When I ran the uninstaller though, it was far too quick to have done anything, and although the program folder has dissapeared, its still taking up the space. So basically I now have 9gb of drive space that I cant use. This now means I cant reinstall it because theres not enough room on my drive. Any suggestions?
