Wierd issues with Graphics - is it dying?

Hi. I've got an Inno3D 9800 pro graphics card (quite old). Not overclocked or anything and with the latest drivers on a fresh install of xp pro.

I'm getting the following when scrolling:

everything else seems fine and if i minimise the window nad bring it back up it works fine.

Is this definitely a dying graphics card or is there a chance it;s something else?

Yep, sounds like the memory is on the way out.
