Wierd problem with my Appstore on iPhone?

Lately I have noticed my appstore when I browse on my iPhone is set to American/Dollars, and its as if im browsing the US appstore, as when I try to download something it says I need a US iTunes account, kicks me to the springboard, but when I open appstore again, its then set to UK.

I want to know how to change it back so I auto browse the UK appstore?!

If you go into your apple account information then maybe check that your country is set to GBR. Maybe it is set to US or something.

Is that the problem then? Just I've had it JB for sometime now, and never had this problem, also few of my mates have it JB and they ain't got this problem..

From what I gather, it's because you're using the US firmware and not the UK firmware...

Mmm, but wouldnt that have made this happen from the off? I mean Ive been on 2.2 since it came out, and it was jailbroken a little over a week after, and it was working fine, just in the last week its been doing it.

I can connected to the UK appstore, but first I have to go into the appstore, try to download something, then it tells me I need a US account, so I go back into appstore, then its in £..

Think a call to apple might be in order tbh.

i had this problem but it just went away after a couple of restarts/syncs with itunes
