Wierd Stability issue

Ever since building this P5Q/E8400/Patriot Super Ram rig I've had the strangest problem, any browser I use crashes randomly a couple of times a day, Firefox was worst, IE started getting bad and now Google Chrome is starting to throw a wobbly, taking Picasa with it (which wouldn't start last night until a reboot).
the PC has been stability tested.stressed for hours at a time, the disk has been checked for bad sectors by a couple of different programs, no problems found.
It occurs whether overclocked or not

Any ideas anyone?.

If it's only browsing the internet that causes issues then it's network related isn't it.

Does the app crash or the whole OS (BSOD)?

Normally the app, however if I leave the PC for a couple of hours with a browser open it will sometimes BSOD and come back with a driver issue code.
