Today I noticed a picture with the name "To XXXX XXXXXXXX - July 5" and the same image as this:
http://www.picturequotes.com/think-outside-the-box
XXXX XXXXXXXXX being my full name.

It was buried down in a work folder on my PC, not somewhere I would ever save a file. Should I be worried?

Both Nod32 and Spyware S&D cannot find anything. Both are up to date.

Anything else I can run to see how that image could have got there?

Is it a bad thing that I opened the image (NOD32 normally stops anything)

Thanks

Although it is theoretically possible to get a virus through an image file it is very unlikely this is the case.

Are you sure you haven't forgotten about letting it download through an email or something at some point?

Even if it downloaded via email it would go to a completely different folder, and would not be called my name. This is the first time I have ever seen it!
Info below. Everything else scrubbed from file, no previous versions etc.

Having read about hackers putting kiddy porn on peoples PC's I just spent 2 hours going through my computer looking for said kiddy porn ready to ring the cybercrime unit, but fortunatly, nothing.

Been running every single spyware/trojan tool I can think of, nada. So someone must have used a 0day...great.
