This would be funny if it wasn't for the fact it was true.

Someone lost his life because he responded to a booty call with the wrong girl. IMO its not manslaughter its murder.

In Texas you are legally allowed to shoot someone who has "Trespassed" on your property without your prior consent. So the woman in question gave her husband 2 excuses to shoot, one for rape, and one for trespassing.

She should fry. IMO this was murder, he lost his life and it was directly based on her actions.

to the best of my knowledge, if it's not pre-meditated then it cannot be classed as murder.
the woman involved wasn't/hadn't planned for her lover to lose his life.
Manslaughter would be the most severe charge she could face.

I think that people like you need to lighen up and if you go through life without being able to laugh about this kind of thing - which has absolutely no connection to you, you don't know the people involved and it's geographically VERY far away - then you will die with a frown on your face....

late nite card session could have been drinking you cant tell what state of mind he would have been in, seeing his wife on their driveway outside their own house?

so how you can say he wouldnt have done that if he had known the truth?

There is however a difference between something that is funny and something that isn't.

Plenty of people here are more than capable of laughing at a funny death (maybe even dirtydog

) but I just don't see the funny side of this one.

Woman is adulterous
Gets caught and cries rape
Relatively innocent guy dies
Other guy has to live with being a killer

I don't see an amusing part to that, unlike people you would find in the Darwin Awards who die from things like asphyxiation when masturbating or whatever.
