Wife sold house

Hi my wife sold the house we got married in 2005 she sold the house in 2021. We separated 2018. My name was not on the deeds due to my credit rating at the time. Is this legal ?

I left her and the kids in the house to keep things normal for them ie friends and school and their safe house.

Yes paid more than her for mortgage and bills and holidays days out all things a family does.

Oh and it was her that initiated the separation. Some of us men are great dads.

Just putting it out there surely I should be entitled to something.

Yes I am seeking and going to use the free 30 mins solicitors plenty in this town.

a lot more to the story obviously I can't post these things but fraud and other factors.

Someone mentioned earlier a divorce lawyer can deal with it all ?

Eldest moved out went to live with his grandparents lovely people.

Middle daughter lives with me for the last 14 months.

Oh and she has been claiming the benefits for all the kids while she not had them. The eldest moved out from her 3 years ago too.

Again left the house and all for the kids thought I was doing the right thing. Being forced out of your home and the kids so tough.

Now coming back to bite me on the arse :(

True but that is a great response. Thought I was doing the right thing and then boom she has to she's at it with some other maintenance and stuff.

I must have paid over 20k in the last few years from my bank to hers ref kids maintenance. She was claiming am I correct she has too declare that to dwp ?
