well amazing the power that a written request can have.
wife handed in request in writing this morning accompanied by an explanation that she will be looking for time off for said operation 4-8 weeks after the consult. half an hour later dragged into office and told it was all a misunderstanding and that he was a bit stressed yesterday.
time off granted and apology given. maybe he realised what a end he was being or maybe it was his man time of the month who knows, all sorted now though
