WiFi & 4G Dongle

Hello,

Does anyone know of a commercially available USB dongle that can provide both WiFi and 4G/LTE connectivity please?

If not is there a technical reason why this is not possible?

zte mf79u is a good 4g with wifi dongle. can be used for wifi at home and 4g on the go. cost around £42 if you look around. The only gripe is the poor connection due to using only 2 small internal antenna. for in the house works well. for on the go signal can be an issue in rural areas
