wifi adapter drivers

Hello, my wifi adapter in my Mac isn't working properly so I bought this one: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=NW-002-TP&groupid=46&catid=1600&subcat=

But I didn't realize it only works with Windows. Is there anyway at all that I can make it work with Snow Leopard?

I did see this, but I got lost after "Extract kernel extension from installer" lol

I can't even get past the first step, at the end of the installation it says it has failed.
