Wifi and Z77

I am looking at the Z77 sabretooth with wifi-Go as a feature. Does this mean I do not need an internal wireless network card? I recognise that the asus Z77 pro has an external aerial/wifi just wondering if I need to buy a wireless card or not with the sabretooth.
